Go to FTP manager. And pull it over from your computer. But that doesn't put in on your site or home page. It just creates a new page with for example...Hello World! Im still learning. I guess I will look at the script installing instructions also.

Neither this is always correct. Some scripts have to be uploaded, then you must enter the admin page and set it up from there. He should follow the script installation instructions.
