Problem with pop up window

Vodahost customer (domain www.traumatoday.org)

I have created a GoMenu. In the Edit GoMenu Item window I have checked the 'open link in a popup window' option.
Here is my problem: when I preview the page and I chose an item from the drop down list of the GoMenu, the popup window is not displayed on top of my current page but instead under it. How can I make it to show on top?

When you go to create a link.. check on the "open link in pop up window"
and in Pop Up Settings you can position where the pop up will appear in the browser... Hope that helps... Doug

Sorry but no! It does not help. I don't know if I was clear: the pop up window pops up indeed but it is hidden behind the page that called it. Please let me know which is the setting (in the pop up settings) that determines whether the pop up window will stay on top of the current page or will hide behind. At the moment I can only see it when I minimize my browser.
