re-install BV help

[Auralight]

Hi, my computer crashed big time!
I just re-formatted the hd, I had it backed up, but I don't know how to re-load BV.
I thought I did it but when I went in to get my index page from the website, I gave me the ole html can't find message.

Can someone help.
