  • Email not received in my account

    Since I set up my VodaHost account 2 weeks ago, I have not been able to receive email in my cPanel. No mail registers. I have communicated about 25 emails back and forth with support at VodaHost, but they haven't been able to rectify the situation. I set up Thunderbird as my email program, it says it checks mail.geulahcompany.com but there are never any messages. When I sent emails from cPanel, the name in the address is the username supplied by my welcome email. I changed the settings to the name I wanted to appear, but it still uses the username given by my welcome email.
    Can anyone help?
