Wordpress upload warnings, getting error page

I used fantasio to create a new blog. It gave me an url and url admin address but when I click on url/wp-admin I get an error message. I think I may not have filled everything out right however, all the wp files are in the domain file in file manager.

These 2 warnings are in the CPanel under wordpress:
