IP Address Not on Locator

Hi, I can not see the IP address 208.43.222.138 on my IP address locator when publishing (mine goes to 208.43.222.137). I downloaded the BV version 10.12 but still no 208.43.222.138. Without it my new account is useless to me. Please help.

PS. I had an older version of the designing software on my computer, 6.0 - I think, I took it off but still having problems.
