Help with editing the navigation bar properties in the bv 11

Hi my question is a little one but a little confusing to me when you edit the navigation bar properties would you do it this way http://www.fitness-nutrition-online.com/contact.php or would you do it this way http://www.fitness-nutrition-online.com?contact.html to link to a page with a form in it?Thank-you.

Use the php extension as in your first option

A PDF is a document. You can read it on line or download it to your computer. You will find it where you downloaded BV11. The link is immediately below the download BV11 link
