items in combobox wont select

I have just downloaded bv11 so I'm not sure if the problem is me or the new program. The problem is - I have add a combobox to select different size t-shirts combined with paypal buttons. When I select the size I want it doesnt show up at paypal. If someone could have a look at my site and help that would be great.

Go to the STORE - then select the first t-shirt (garage tee) other pages still need sorting out.
