The guestbook has its own admin area. If you don't know where it is, republish the guestbbok page but, before doing so, set it to display the Admin link. Of course you will need to set also a strong password so no one else will be able to login there.

You can't find the BV guestbook in your control panel.
The guestbook has its own administration area, please read my above post.
