outlook not receiving mail

hi there..

i have had this setup 3 times before and never had an issue.... until i got a new com the other day tryed to do the same thing but it never worked.....i can send from outlook and im pretty sure it can recive so im wondering weather its somthing todo with the way the folders are set up on horde??
