Help creating Left and Right Arrow.

hi I would like to insert something on my site. if you visit this site sun you will see on the right hand side, just left of contact us link. There are two arrow and they works when you click on them. have you got any idea how to create them?

Nice to hear from you. I do understand that those are images in javascript. I don't know how to create javascript. I would like to create one of them. Any ideas - how to do them?

hiya I have searched in google- and found this
I don't understand how to insert image in this code and do I have to rename my image or you have to write code for each indivisual arrow!
help needed.
