How Do I Get Website to Show Up?

I published my website via BlueVoda's publishing tool, but when I went to go view my website, all I saw was the basic index.

How do I fix this? Right now my website just looks like this:

you need to publish each & every page with a link to each page....maybe you could spend a little time watching these :)

Never measure the height of the mountain you're climbing. At the summit, look back and see how small it really is!
