How do I make the banner change on a specified hour?

Hi all,

I'd like my banner of my website to change between a morning sky, afternoon sky, and night sky at 6 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM. Is there any way that I can make my BlueVoda site do this automatically? Thank you.

This is done with a javascript usually. Google for them.. easily found all over the place.
