Buttons Cloning Themselves

I have recently been having trouble With Links Cloning themselves
Normally the Links on my site are as

Home / News / Gallery/ Videos/ Links/
Events/Guestbook/Forum/Contact us

But Quite often after publishing some links can clone themselves for instance after clicking on Gallery the order would then go to

Home / News / Gallery/ Videos/ Links/
Events/Guestbook/Guestbook/Guestbook

Can anyone help

go to the news section the bottom 2 links on the nav bar should say

Forum / Contact us / Instead they say Forum/ Forum

this is not the way they were published

i have just found out the problem from a friend of mine its cos i copy and pasted the nav bars from another page of mine this causes the buttons to clone but if anyone else has another solution id be glad to hear

It looks like you changed the LINK information but not the name, like you cloned the menu before you fixed it on some pages...that would be my guess.. just edit that page and fix the second forum TITLE to CONTACT.
