I'd like to make a text link that would open a smaller photo over the existing web page. I'm doing a house floor plan and want viewers to click on You Are Here and get a picture of what they would see from that vantage point. Could I do this as a roll-over? if so how do I do the text?

Yes you can.

1) Ftp your pictures to server
address of such image might be http://www.humnew.com/image1.jpg

2) Just highlight the text as you would, enter the image url and set target to 'pop up'. You can also set the size of the pop up window and where you want it to pop up

Another way might be when they click on the text the image displays in an I-Frame. Here is an example
