hmmm.. did you copy and paste this stuff? If you did thats why its doing it most likely.. cut and paste to notepad first..then your site.

look at start programs, accessories, notepad

On your computer, on the bottom LEFT, START, ALL PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, NOTEPAD If you dont have a start button look at the windows icon

I dont understand what you mean.. just copy and paste to word.. to remove the formating.. dont save it.. then copy and paste from word back to the text box in bv.

clear up your cache and try again.. all the symbols are gone for me.
