one page not publishing

Hi- complete newby to web design here! Each of my pages has succesfully been published, but one. The page link is the "contact us" page--I have tried to change to just "contact" and still am having difficulty. Recommendations? Thanks!

try contactus.php or contact.php instead of html. its publishing you just arent linking correctly. any time there is a form it will auto change the extension to php

Thanks for your suggestion... after very careful review, it seems I put a period where a colon should have been :) Now all is working!
