FTP Problems

Domain name: www.startmakingmoney-today.com

I cannot connect via FTP to my Voda-hosted site. I am using Filezilla and configured the connection with the "configure ftp" function on the cpanel. All parameters look correct. The domain is registered with *******, but is hosted here. Below is the msg I get.

Status: Resolving address of www.startmakingmoney-today.com
Status: Connecting to 64.202.189.170:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Error: Could not connect to server

Status: Waiting to retry...
