How to insert a date picker in BV form?

hi,

does anyone know how to insert a date picker in to a BlueVoda form?

I downloaded one on html and inserted it on the form. When i do a web preview it works, but as soon as i publish it the web page is blank. I tried changing the page extension to .html from .php ... I see my page but with a whole lot of script as well and when i fill up the form a nd 'send'... nothing happens. The page and form on .php extension without the date picker works fine??? how can i sort it out? Or do any of you guys have a date picker that I could use???

that's what i'm looking for... GREAT! I'm new to this so how do you do it 'cause i can't see any date pick insert into form on BV?

I used this script in that example.

Remember to change the Values for the name of the form to your also little tip on there code that goes into a html box place on your form delete the start and the end of the code ie: remove <form name="tstest"> and </form>
