Quick question about Joomla hosting

I'm new to Joomla. Have always used BV before to build my sites, and if i remember right i can host unlimited? extra sites through my vodahost account. Just wondered if vodahost hosting would be adequate to host a totally Joomla-made site? And is this allowed by vodahost?

If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated. I want to check before wasting any money.... if i register a new domain through vodahost, do i simply install Joomla via fantastico and will this allow me to build an entire site using Joomla, with no bluevoda for this site. And will vodahost hosting be adequate for me to use Joomla to set up a review website in this way?
