How can I do page in page?

Hi, excuse me for my english. I'm italian
I'm building my site. now I nedd to have fixed my index page where there are banner and menubar and when I click to the link on menubar I want to open the page in a new box into the index page.
How can I do? Is there any tutorial?

What you want to do requires frames or Inline frames.

You can create a "index" page with an Inline frame. The content of the other pages should display in the I-frame. Of course, you must also set your menu links to open in the Iframe (this is done by setting the link TARGET of the menu to open in the I-frame)

Not so good a solution for Search Engines though.
