Soho Account Name Change

Hi there!

My Soho account is under the name 'adamsposters.com'.

However, I want it to be under the name 'moviememories.com'.

The reason for this is because I will be dispensing with the domain name 'adamsposters.com' in the new year.

Is there a way I can save ALL of my Soho work, including templates?

It's just when my account on VodaHost gets changed from 'adamsposters.com' to 'moviememories.com' I will lose everything that hasn't been backed up.

I know you can back everything up on the cpanel, but the tutorials only show you how to save the full backup to a remote ftp server, and it doesn't say if the Soho work is saved. What is a remote ftp server?

Forgive my ignorance and lack of knowledge on this subject.

All sorted!!!!!!

Brad from Vodahost did what was needed and my account did not have to be deleted etc!

Thanks also go to a member of the Soho forum who pointed out that my account did not have to be deleted, stressing the Vodahost staff member I was dealing with must have had limited experience.
