  • Adding a Trade Mark Symbol

    Hi
I am wondering if anyone knows an easy way to insert a TM symbol into text t the end of a Trade Marked name. I have looked in the symbols box but there isn't one there.
    Any clues?
    thanks in advance

There are 3 here in red that can be pasted into a html box. Highlight all below & paste into a html box & preview (Check in all browsers)

    Company Name ™

    Copyright ©

    Trademark symbol ®

Re: Adding a Trade Mark Symbol

      Thanks Chris,
Just to clarify, (I'm still learning) my pages use the font Trebuchet MS and when I use type my web site name "The Female Zone" I would like to be able to insert TM after Zone. I did what you suggested, made a html box with The Female Zone ™ and I get a result in Times Roman. I'm not sure I understand how I can use this method to achieve what I want? Sorry if I sound dumb on this but I still don't get it.
      Thanks

you cannot get what ever font you want. their are web friendly fonts. what i do with type that are not web friendly is insert as an image. that way you can have whatever font or color or look you want. they say doing that hurts the seo, but you have to choose, looks good or seo?

Thanks mrmagoo. Trebuchet MS is a web friendly font. I guess my question is, why the use of a html box. I just want to insert a small TM when required.

well i believe you could do that with a text box and just use the superscript tool with the builder. it would look like this:
            www.videopostcards.info/tm.html
good luck and i am surprised that this font is web friendly.

I needed this also and googled it and got this. Tried it and it worked great. At the end of the word where you want the TM press the Alt key then 0153 on the numeric keypad.™
