html-adding to page

I have an affiliate travel site that has html for pages I need to add to my site. How do I go about doing that (they tell me cut and paste.) Will I see the finished page? And how do I link the pages, can I find out somehow what the pages are called?

You can add HTML code anywhere you like, using the Page HTML and Object HTML tools in BlueVoda.

Thanks Pablo, getting to know my way around better but haven't tried this yet. I still might scream HELP!
