new window

hello there,
i wanted a small window to flash on the top left for an option how do i do that. basically i am asking i want a new window to open on clicking a link and secondly the window should be placed on top left and size of the window to be very small..

were you talking about pop up window?.

yes i think pop up window is what i am looking for...i am yet a bit lost...the earlier answers did not help really can u pls guide me how do i make popups using bv..many thanks
