Create website *******??

Our company has several distributors. We would like to set up each distributor to be able to access the main site (like a distributor login page) with a slash and their own name. For example, www.faithfragrancesinc.com/fpace. Also, we would like the customers to be able to order product from their own personal distributor from that distributors site. Like, my customers can go to www.faithfragrancesinc.com/fpace and place an order and the payment would be accredited to me. How would I set that up for each distributor? Do you guys have a tutorial for this? Please help.
