how can i add downloads??
hey... i will be really greatful if anyone could tell me how i can add a item so that anyone viewing my page can download it weather its pictures, mp3s or videos...

Put it into a zip file, and place a hyperlink to that zip file. If it is .pdf iy should prompt the user to open or save so you don't have to zip those, and any file that can't open in a broswer like .exe don't need to be in a zip file for them to be downloaded.
