How do you change Password in Wordpress?

I'm new to Wordpress; does anybody know where in Wordpress you can change your password?

As a former Blogger user, I find Wordpress difficult to use and unintuitive. I switched to Wordpress because I heard great things about it. But even the most basic commands I've often had to resort to searching Google for an answer. If you're technically skilled, perhaps Wordpress is a breeze. But I think it has a long way to go to improve usability for the average person.

Login to your admin area, on the the left you will see the menu click the USER tab, now you will get a list of users including you as admin. under the name there should be a link EDIT click that, you can now edit the user profile, scroll down to nearly the bottom you will see New Password enter your new password in both box's and click update profile.
