No my websites IP on list?

Hey, when i try to make database with bluevoda and its let me choose one of those IP addresses. but theres no my website ip address.

Do i have to buy hosting service from bluevodaso i can find my ip there?

As bluevoda can only be published to a Vodahost Server then yes if you do not have an account then it is advisable to get one before you Build, design, or do anything, unless you are just checking out the software.
