Or stand alone any Shopping Cart software.

but you can with a little know how add code to a bv page that will show the item and Buy Now, View Cart, which when pressed takes the customer to the stand alone Shopping Cart.

I can't use PayPal or Credit card here.
I only need buyers to send us information of what items they want to buy and
can add up the total amount so they can transfer the payment to us.

Or stand alone any Shopping Cart software.
Where can I find cart manager? or Can ZenCart work on BV?

Any Cart will work along side BV in it's own folder, if ZenCart let you order with out payment then use that, as most carts can be set up to require the user to sign up you can require the name and postal address. and putting the order in the hard part will be keeping track of who's paid, and making it clear to the customer payment type and delivery time.
