Shape with Text won't publish

I have a page,

that has published very well as I put the
pieces together until one last item I want to
put on the page. I put in a form - square -
colored purple with yellow text on top of it that
included a link.
It will not show up in the preview or in a
published page. It's as if I didn't put it
there at all but I did and saved it. If you
look at the page, you can see the blank space
in the middle where I tried to place the form.
What am I missing here? Your insight will be appreciated.

I do not know what the problem is....but....Not having navigation on every page is VERY inconvenient. Most customers will leave your site quickly.
Also, if you do not have links on your index page (no javascript links) SE will not find those pages.
You could send me your page and I'll be happy to take a look.

thanks terry. my index page has i link on it called 'click here for navigation which takes the reader to a list of pages, sub pages, and resources...but that's not a problem right now. it's this one page that won't publish that's a problem. I've worked bluevoda for a several years and haven't had this happen before. I may have to tare the page down and start again but I hate the chance that i'd blunder into the same situation again not knowing what i've done to make it not publish. If you think of something, give me a call. I appreciate your come-back.

Hi Terry. Sorry to have been so slow in responding. "Life" is happening just now. Version 11 is the site builder in use.
Do you think that could be a problem? I hadn't thought of that.

Yep, life happens.
I have decided to stick with BV10.2, I do have 11.4 loaded on another OS but have not worked with it.
Maybe someone will happen along and help with this problem.
