    Your "health" link does not work
    The link to the pdf file works OK

        The most common reason is Caching. The PC thinks hey I've called up this page before, I'll retrieve it from my memory for faster loading. What you should do when viewing this page on-line is to press F5 to ask your browser to look for the latest version.

            Re: page update problem

            Yes you can put some 'no cache' code in the 'between head tag' of your page html. Repeat for each page if you wish.

            Here it is

            <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

            All the best

              Also I looked at this page http://www.mothersworld.org/health.html and it automatically opened 2 or 3 pdf's which is a bit unusual.

                  The pdf's are fine but I'd rather see a regular page page with 'download e book here', just so the visitor has an element of control over this.
