Scroll bars

Scroll bars. Does anyone know how to include separate scroll bars on a web page so that the logo remains at the top of the page and nav menu at the side. Only the images and text scrollable etc. Im using the blue voda web builder. justparkas.co.uk

Yes I do, but probably not the most SE friendly thing to do. I would strongly recommend you read this by Naval Design which is a better alternative or as you are based in the uk, give me a call and I'll talk you through it. My number is at the top of page.
