I am trying to verify site map but it is not working. I have read previous threads and follows all advices but still google is not verifying. Please help me how can I fix this problem.

Thanks, It is done. Now mywebsite is verified by google but still it doesnt show crawler. It says no data.
Could you please suggest some thing. I know this is a very simple thing but for those who are new a bit difficult. I am new to all this stuff.

Goto cPanel>awstat>[selectyourdomain].

You can check all the data on all the crawlers, bots and spiders by scrolling down the page.
