To stream pre recorded videos I bought BroadCam software,
I have two problems:

!) Video stream link for public network:
http://203.98.50.21:86/broadcam.asx?...tes_01&speed=1

My router do not give me the possibility to communicate with this IP nomber


2) HTML code:
<a href="http://203.98.50.21:86/broadcam.asx?src=ftwelve_gates_01&speed=1">twelve_ gates_01</a>

In one page I have access for at least 10 of these. Where in the page HTML I should paste each one of them?
