The Header Image Dosent Cover The full Browser window if we change to higher resolution

Could any body help with the solution?

Cant be done with BV as it hasn't the fluidity property's that hand coded web sites can have. Also many pepole have different resolution settings & its usually best to make your page width 1000px.

And How to resize the image increse or decrese the size of image in sholuanch
