start anew

Hello,

I want to start building a site with Soholaunch or Magento or some other cart. I have built a modest site wuth BV. How should I clear it and start anew? I have done backup.

All the shopping carts give me a message that there are conflicting files and cannot be installed, but no mention of their names is given.
