Controlling action within a form field

I am using the template 'contact2' from BlueVoda. How do I prevent the form being submitted when someone simply presses 'enter' in a field? I really want to make 'enter' act like a tab and just take the cursor to the next field.

You do not have the ability to universally re-assign keyboard functions, either from within Blue Voda or any other utility that is Windows based.
