How to download my own websites to my computer?

Hi all
After I uploaded my websites to the net, I accidentally deleted templates and images in my computer. Now I want to edit something, how can I download my own website to my computer?

open ftp manager, connect, high light the images that you want on the right side of screen then press move to on tool bar, locate folder you wish to place image in the pop window browser then press OK, If your not sure which file you want double click it to see the image.
