How to make a changing template

Hi

I have created a template that I want for my website and on all of my pages. The problem I am having is that at some point I will have to update and I was wondering if there was a way to update the master template so all the other pages copy the update automatically?

Any help would be very appreciated

For the entire page template design, no.
For individual elements within the page (Menu, picture, etc.), yes.
For a universal Menu display you can update globally, look into the BV + PHP Single Page Method.
