Questions about the affiliate program...

Could someone from technical support/customer support please contact me? I have sent three messages to support, two of them were tickets QSQ-764030 and QMA-819931, and one email from the affiliates back office, IFP-709050. No one has answered these tickets and emails. I have 5 questions that I desperately need answered, and since you usually answer so quickly, I feel that perhaps somehow my messages are slipping through your new support system? This is the third day and I am still waiting....please respond at least to let me know you have found these tickets or not? They are all identical, since no one has answered the first one yet, nor told me why or if they plan to answer. I do appreciate this.
