is info@khbc.ac.ke ( your vodahost account email address? If yes, is it perfectly functioning? And where do you get the form info? in a separate message, or is it part of this message? Because it seems as though the problem is that info@khbc.ac.ke is not an existing email address in your www.khbc.ac.ke (http://www.khbc.ac.ke) site
