What is MySQL host: , MySQL username, MySQL password: Is it the same information that is similar to my Temporary FTP address, FTP Admin username and FTP password in my Welcome email when I subscribed to vodahost.com

Please advise?

MySQL host is localhost, user and password are the username and password you create for new database

you don't need to create MySQL host, that is the name of mysql server, if you want to install new script you only need to create a new database, username and password, and while the installation proccess, you will be asked to insert Mysql host name, user, password. there you insert with :
Mysql host: localhost
database name: the name of your new database
Username: database user name
password: database password
