Glass Button problem

I have used the "Glass Button" to link to AMAZON, which actually works fine, but I have three buttons per page and the last one is supposed to point to PayPal for direct sale, which I have not yet figured out how to link this button to PayPal without the detour via the original PayPal buttons. I dont want to use an image as it is possible in the Pay Pal setup. One more problem is, although the BlueVoda design page shows the correct buttons, the preview is messed up, which means, the AMAZON button is displayed and functions like the button linked to the internal PayPal site and vice versa.
Any help or suggestion how to resolve both cases?
