Help with setting up a downloadable file

I've read the instructions about making the name of the file in lower case, etc but it still won't allow people to download it only listen to it - it's a mp3. Can anyone help me out?

files recognized by the browser will be automatically opened . You will need to zip them to force download, or use a download script.
