help with publishing issues!

I am having major issues with publishing. All night I have been unable to publish new pages and change some of the old ones. Now it seems the page has gone to some weird index (see below). I am not a computer geek, but Blue Voda has always been so easy. This is so frustrating. I have searched the forum for a solution and I can't seem to find one.My IP (that I just recieved today) is 74.209.214.8.

The first page of any website needs to be named and published as "index" and not as "home" ... open your "home" page and re-save it as "index" and publish it --- only after correcting all your navigation which to direct to the index page need only be http://www.karensbaldwin.com and nothing else (as the "index" page will always present by default): i.e. your Menu "Home" button links should be configured as http://www.karensbaldwin.com only -- no page name or title added.
