Internet Exception Error 12163 won't allow updated pages to be published???

I haven't updated my website for a while now. I was trying to change the page title in the page properties, but when I went to publish a few pages, I get an error that won't publish. Error is "Internet Exception Error 12163".

Any ideas as to what this is?

It is a firewall/anti-virus exception ... you are not connecting due to the settings disallowing the connection.
