Updated pages are viewable immediately online, and if you cannot see them, either refresh your browser to load the new version or check to be sure you are publishing to the most recently updated IP that your account is assigned.
With regard to the cached page that can be viewed on a Search Engine Results page (SERP), it will depend on when it is next cached according to the schedule assigned to your website (this approximate date of the month to the cache cycle is visible on the top of each previously cached page). Average cycle is 28-45 days, depending on your site's format, relevance, and whether or not you have updated XML Sitemap and Robots.txt files.
