Soho 'Buy' Pages Setup?

I have lost sales because when someone has added something to the cart and click continue shopping they get this message: Sorry, there are currently no products in this category. Please check back soon.

I know of 2 customers who have only bought one item because of this although the shipping is the same for any number of items.

How do I stop this from happening. Have I set it up wrong? the site page they buy from is: http://sthelenaassociation.org.uk/Clothing.php

It appears you are somewhat confused, and may have potentially set up your Categories improperly.

The page link you mention above is actually the 'Category' page and not the Item page from which a purchase can be initiated ... this is the link to an Item page, specifically the "Sweatshirt" page (so you can see the difference) > http://sthelenaassociation.org.uk/LADIES_SWEATSHIRT.php

I would review the creation of pages carefully, along with how you set up your Inventory and Categories: there is a "disconnect" somewhere that is being flagged by Soholaunch as an improper link .... refer to the User Manual - there is not any real support available in the Forums here.
