Please review my site http://www.cdldriverjobs.com I'm getting a lot of W3C errors and warnings. not sure if I should change back to HTML from XHTML Also, little confused whether I should change the character set to UTF-8 from ISO-8859-1 Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Also, 2 months ago I was high on page 1 of google for "Cdl driver jobs" now I am on page 2 of google, and farther down on Bing / yahoo.
